Community members who prefer to keep their names and faces private may respond to the Commission digitally. You may remain entirely anonymous, or leave an email in case the Commission has any followup questions.

Anyone with information helpful to the Commission is welcome to speak in whatever way they are most comfortable.

The Commission on the State Takeover of HISD  was formed to address the growing lack of trust in the state takeover and Mike Miles by thoroughly investigating the current conditions within HISD. It is

• Focused on, but not limited to, student outcomes and wellness, teacher retention, safety, facilities, and finances. 
• Supported by data collection, current and archival, and public input provided via listening sessions, email,  and written and recorded statements.

​La Comisión sobre la Toma de Control Estatal de HISD se formó para abordar la creciente desconfianza en la toma de control estatal y en Mike Miles, mediante una investigación exhaustiva de la situación actual de HISD. Se centra, entre otros aspectos, en los resultados y el bienestar estudiantil, la retención docente, la seguridad, las instalaciones y las finanzas.

Se apoya en la recopilación de datos, tanto actuales como de archivo, y en las aportaciones del público a través de sesiones de escucha, correo electrónico y declaraciones escritas y grabadas.
